Our customer service staff is on top of there game. One thing that is very important to us is that we wear what we sell. Free Shipping to US orders

Orders that are over $59.00 receive free shipping from SunglassExtreme.com. All free shipping. Orders are sent out ASAP to insure happiness to the customer. All Free Shipping orders are sent out Monday - Friday. All Free Shipping orders are sent anywhere in the contiguous United States.

No Sales Tax

Sunglassextreme.com is located in the State of California. Therefore, all orders placed from customers in California are subject to California State sales tax. Conversely, orders made by customers outside the State of California will not be charged a tax on purchases through Sunglassextreme.com.

Quality on All Sunglasses (NO JUNK)

Sunglass Extreme is an authorized dealer for every vendor we carry. Since we are authorized we are able to buy directly from the manufacturer. A lot of companies are not, so with that we are able to insure that when you send the sunglasses back to the manufacturer you will not be turned down for your warranty. Also every sunglass we sell comes straight from the quality control of the manufacturer. Giving you the top quality sunglass you can buy from that manufacturer. We do not in any case sell replica sunglasses; you are getting the cream of the crop.


When Your Shipping Address is Different than Your Billing Address

Having your order shipped to an address not listed on your credit card account can delay the process of your order. For the simple reason that we want to protect your safety on the internet from any fraud or credit card theft, we put a small alert on all these orders. When an order like this is received it is placed in the Credit Card Fraud Prevention Queue. We will contact you very shortly to verify that this is your order.

How to avoid this extra process and time.

1. Have your order shipped to your billing address.
2. Contact your credit card company and have them add your shipping address to your account.

We at sunglassextreme.com take each order very seriously and want to do our best in protecting you when you shop with us. So we have policies in place to protect you from credit card fraud. This is something that is real all over the world, but our staff has done a great job on catching people that try to send a fraud order thru our system. If there is any question about the order we will be contacting you immediately to insure your safety.

Partial Order Shipments

It is a standard practice to ship partial orders. This is to insure that you receive as much of the order as soon as possible. You will be contact in a timely manner if the rest of the order is going to take to long to send out.

Returns

Unused Sunglasses, with all of the original tags and packaging must be post-marked within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus $8.00 restocking fee per package shipped. Please note that we can only process returns and exchanges for items that were purchased from SunglassExtreme.com. We do not charge the restocking fee for orders that are our error. Please include a copy of your packing slip receipt and an explanation for your return and the items for which you would like to exchange. Please note that all Special Orders are non-returnable.

If you have a possible warranty situation, do not send the product(s) back.
