SunglassExtreme.com Warranties and Returns and Shipping Information
Warranty
All products sold are brand new and unless otherwise
stated. SunglassExtreme is an Authorized dealer with all manufactures. All purchases
come with the full warranty unless
sold as " no warranty or sold as is" which will be posted by
SunglassExtreme
next to the item. In a situation that the manufacture is no longer in business
SunglassExtreme will look over the product and make an adequate solution so both
SunglassExtreme and the consumer are happy. All warranty claims can only be made
by the customer that is on the original invoice and in SunglassExtreme.com's records.
Returns and Exchanges
SunglassExtreme takes there customers very serious and wants to keep everyone
happy. In the situation that you do not like the product
or want another color, you must follow these instructions:
1. Items must NOT BE USED or DAMAGED in any way
2. The items must be returned within 30 days or less from the time the product
has been delivered to you and must include all original boxes and materials in
the box including warranty cards.
3. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost and if free shipping
is involved you are responsible for the shipping cost to SunglassExtreme.com
4. Customer pays new price difference if there is any and the new shipping
cost even if the free shipping was involved in the original purchase.
5. Sorry, but no returns or exchanges on closeouts or sale items.
6. Upon inspection of the items SunglassExtreme will return or exchange your
item. Depending on the situation you will receive a credit less the original
shipping cost.
Shipping Errors
SunglassExtreme.com has the highest desire to deliver all products correctly and
to the right place. In the event that your product has not been sent incorrectly
SunglassExtreme will be sending you out that item again. Please except our apology
up front for any shipping errors.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If there is a situation that your shipment has been lost or missing you must
inform SunglassExtreme.com with in 5 days so we have time to investigate the situation.
If we show that it has been lost in the mail or not delivered even if the tracking
# shows you must sign and fax a statement toSunglassExtreme.com so we can claim
this through the post office or other shipping parcel. Any unreported lost
or missing shipments are the responsibility of the customer and
SunglassExtreme.com
will not assume no liability.
Damaged Shipments
In the case that you have received your product and it is damaged please contact
SunglassExtreme.com immediately. It is very important that
you do not discard the package that it was sent so we can contact the manufacture
and get a new set. We will also send you out the correct product undamaged.
Any claims reported after 5 business days are subject to denial.
